Polyurethane opening timing belt

The McGaudi open belt is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material, which has ultra-high wear resistance. Various types of steel wire cores ensure that the belt still has good running performance in high load operation. The MEGALINEAR opening belt has small production tolerance, reliable transmission and stable size. Nylon fabric is added to the belt tooth surface (NFT), tooth back (NFB) or both sides (NFT/NFB) during production to enhance performance in special applications. In addition, polyurethane can be added to the back of the tooth to prevent corrosion and enhance the carrying capacity.
